1. Parties and scope

This offer is intended only for legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, and self-employed professionals acting for business purposes.
2. Acceptance
A user accepts the offer through a separate registration checkbox. Paid use or an advance payment also confirms acceptance. OTPilot records the version and acceptance time. Privacy terms and account-data consent are presented separately.
3. Service
OTPilot provides cloud software and technical routing and accounting of verification-message requests. Delivery depends on third-party channels. OTPilot is not a bank, payment system, or telecom operator.
4. Account and lawful use
- The customer protects passwords and API keys.
- The customer has a lawful basis for recipient data and messages.
- Spam, phishing, unlawful content, and attempts to bypass limits are prohibited.
- OTPilot may restrict unsafe or unlawful activity.
5. Pricing and advance balance
The active tariff is shown before Production is enabled and in the dashboard. A top-up is an advance for future services. The displayed balance is only an accounting record of unused advance funds and is not electronic money or a bank account.
Charges follow the active tariff and service rules. Transfers and withdrawals are unavailable. Unused advance funds may be refunded after deducting delivered services and documented debts.
6. Data and confidentiality
OTPilot acts as an independent controller for account and payment data and as a processor for recipient identifiers handled on customer instructions. The Privacy Policy and Data Processing Terms apply.
7. Liability and termination
Until a separate SLA is published, the service is provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. Liability is limited to fees paid for the previous 3 months, except for intentional misconduct and cases where limitation is prohibited.
Either party may terminate. Verified unused advance funds are returned within 10 business days after receiving the required payment details.
8. Changes and disputes
Material changes are announced at least 10 calendar days in advance and do not apply retroactively. Claims are sent to otpilot.app@yandex.ru. Russian law applies; the Russian text prevails.
