2. Data and purposes
- Account email, password hash, language, organization, role, and document acceptance history.
- Support communications and the information needed to resolve requests.
- Payment amount, currency, identifiers, status, and receipt details. OTPilot does not receive full card details.
- IP address, user agent, session, API, security, and delivery logs.
- Recipient identifiers and message metadata processed on customer instructions.
3. Grounds and retention
Processing is based on contract performance, legal obligations, security interests, and separate consent where required. Data is retained only for the contract, statutory periods, security retention, and dispute resolution.
4. Providers and transfers
Infrastructure, business email, YooKassa, fiscalization providers, and customer-selected VK, Telegram, and email channels receive only necessary data. Russian-citizen data is initially recorded in Russia. Cross-border transfers are performed only after applicable requirements are met.
5. Rights and security
Requests for access, correction, blocking, deletion, or consent withdrawal are sent to otpilot.app@yandex.ru. OTPilot uses access control, encryption in transit, password hashing, secret management, logs, backups, and incident procedures.
