1. Environments
Sandbox sends no real messages and uses no advance funds. Production is enabled only after a tariff is assigned and the organization is configured.
2. Routing
OTPilot validates a request and routes it through configured channels. Repeating an identical idempotent request does not create another billable operation.
3. Billable event
Unless the active tariff is more favorable, a channel service is billable after a third-party channel accepts the message for transmission. An OTPilot failure before handoff is not charged. A later rejection or non-delivery may be charged if the channel charged OTPilot.
4. Prices and balance
The active tariff version at the billable event determines the price. Production is not enabled without a published tariff. Confirmed payments increase the advance balance; insufficient funds may stop new paid requests.
5. Lawful use and support
